tattoos of this size and position featuring dragons are very popular in both Japanese and Chinese cultures. In my opinion the dragon is of Chinese influence as iv seen that the Japanese dragon heads look a little different. as a whole the tattoo design is very nice and powerful, the dragon looks like its about to peel off the skin and breath fire!
